Kappy is stitching up this New Year's Fleur De Lis and has some tips on what she has done so far
I have always wanted a New Year's pillow to put out in my home after all
the Christmas is put away. I fell in love with this canvas. I picked
out the fabric and trim before I got my threads. I wanted a monotone
look that worked with the stripe in the fabric. My background stitch is
called " ribbon stitch". It can be found in "Stitches to Go" on page 36.
I'm using Pepper Pot. It has been very fun to stitch.
